2016 roll call gets longer - and 2 new superdelegates

Wonder why the GOP had delegates from the Northern Mariana Islands but not the Democrats? This outrageous omission has now been corrected. From DCW friend DNC member Frank Leone:

Congress has added a representative from the Northern Mariana Islands to Congress, so the DNC amended its Charter and By-Laws to add 2 DNC members from there as well.  Next convention’s roll call just got one “state” longer, but of course we welcome the new delegation.

Sorry folks, you'll have to add a row to your 2016 delegate spreadsheets. You know, the one with H. Clinton in column B, Biden in column C, Cuomo in column D, O'Malley in column E, etc...
