@FooFighters to Rock The Vote At #DNC2012 (Sold Out)

So much for a lack of big names at #DNC2012. While #RNC2012 has 3 Doors Down and The Oak Ridge Boys, Charlotte will be rocking to Dave Grohl and The Foo Fighters.

FOO FIGHTERS concert scheduled to play The Fillmore Charlotte on September 5 at 9pm to benefit Rock The Vote is sold out. Tickets for the show set a record at The Fillmore Charlotte as fastest sell out in the club’s history.

The Sept. 5 show continues the world tour in support of the international #1 album Wasting Light--sandwiched between the Foos' headlining to literally over 100,000 UK fans at the Reading & Leeds Festivals and upcoming dates for hundreds of thousands more U.S. fans at Atlanta's Piedmont Park, Pensacola Beach and Central Park in New York City.

Patrons who purchased tickets are reminded that tickets are non-transferrable and can only be picked up at will call night of show with valid id. Patrons must bring the credit card used to purchase the ticket to verify the order. Will call at The Fillmore Charlotte box office will open at 7:30 pm on September 5th.
